The noble hazelnut chocolate from Turin’s tradition gives this tempting Panettone its name.
The soft dough, naturally leavened, is filled with lots of Gianduia cream and then covered with a crunchy dark chocolate and hazelnut grains glaze.

Panettone without sultanas, with gianduia flavouring cream-filled, covered with chocolate and hazelnut grains.
Naturally leavened oven baked cake.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, gianduia cream 15% (glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, hazelnuts paste 9%, cocoa powder 5.7%, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, thickener: pectin; preserving agent: potassium sorbate; flavours), fresh eggs, sugar, butter, chocolate 8% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin), whole fresh pasteurized milk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), hazelnuts grains 2.5%, candied orange peels paste (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, fructose, beer yeast, flavours.
May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
