Soft dough, naturally leavened for more than 2 days with pure Mother Yeast, enriched by scented candied orange peels, Calabria cedar and plump sultanas. Covered with a crunchy glaze, hand-made with the best Italian whole hazelnuts, it’s naturally cooled upside down for over 8 hours, as per tradition.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sultanas 14%, hazelnuts frosting 12% (sugar, fresh egg white 22.8%, hazelnuts 16.9%, rice starch, rice flour), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk 8%, candied orange peels 6.2% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural yeast 6% (wheat flour, water), candied citron 1% (citron, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey 0.9%, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin); whole fresh pasteurized milk 0.6%, salt, natural flavours.
