INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sultanas 14%, candied orange peels 11% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), anhydrous butter* 9%, fresh egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast 8% (wheat flour, water), invert sugar, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, natural flavours.
May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
*Butter in such quantities as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0,01% in the finished product.
