Panettone without candied citrus fruit peels and raisin, with dehydrated tropical fruit sugar added – Naturally leavened oven baked cake.

Wheat flour, dehydrated tropical fruits sugar added 25% (pineapple, papaya, guava and jackfruit, sugar), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk 9%, natural yeast 7.5% (wheat flour, water), invert sugar, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin); fresh eggs 1%, whole fresh pasteurized milk 0.7%, salt, natural flavours.

May contain nuts, soya and mustard.
