Moist Colomba cake dedicated to all lactose intolerant people.
Rich in scented candied orange peels, it is covered by a crunchy handmade hazelnut and almond glaze.

The product is prepared with selected butter with a low lactose content, so that the final lactose content is less than 0.01%.

Ingredients

Colomba coated with hazelnuts frosting - naturally leavened oven baked cake.
Wheat flour - Sugar - Candied orange peels (Orange peels, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar) - Anhydrous butter* - Fresh egg yolk - Natural yeast 6% (Wheat flour, Water) - Fresh egg white - Hazelnuts 2.2% - Almonds - Emulsifying agent: Mono-diglycerides of fatty acids - Rice starch - Invert sugar - Rice flour - Salt - Natural flavours.
May contain traces of soya.

*Butter in such quantities as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
