Wheat flour - Sultanas 19% - Candied orange peels 8% (Orange peel, Glucose-fructose syrup, Sugar) – Anhydrous butter* - Fresh egg yolk - Sugar - Natural yeast 7.5% (Wheat flour, Water) - Invert sugar - Emulsifying agent: Mono et diglycérides of fatty acids - Salt - Natural flavours.
May contain traces of nuts and soya.
*Butter in such quantities as to guarantee a residual lactose content of less than 0.01% in the finished product.
